Take some time for yourself even if it's just 15 minutes for a face mask treatment!
Self-care is more important than ever lately. We need to take a moment to make sure that while we’re helping others, we’re also taking a moment for ourselves. A simple and easy way to take a moment is by treating yourself to a face mask. But which one should you choose? Well, let us help you narrow down the many options you have these days with our favorite mask picks!
Exfoliating Mask: We all know exfoliating your skin is important. Clear off that dead skin and show that beautiful skin below. If you’re looking for a good exfoliant mask, we recommend Grown Alchemist Polishing Facial Exfoliant. It gently polishes your skin and leaves your skin feeling fresh!
Bubblesheet Mask: Have you seen the masks that bubble up on your face? They seem to be all the rage this past year with every company launching their own version of it. Nonetheless, if we had to pick our favorite it would be GlamGlow Bubblesheet. Be prepared for a tingly feeling that's well worth it though because the result is soft, smooth skin.
Green Tea Mask: Green Tea is amazing. It has so many benefits for not only our skin but our health as well. However, since we are talking about face masks and not overall health, we will keep it to our favorite green tea mask by The Crème Shop. Added bonus, if you spend a lot of time outside and get a sunburn from time to time (wear more sunscreen) this mask will help calm and sooth your skin right away.
Hydrating Mask: Sometimes your skin just needs a massive hit of hydration. It happens to all of us, one day your skin is just fine, the next it acts like you haven’t moisturized in 5 years. For those days, we recommend Olay Regenerist Luminous Overnight Mask. Put it on before you go to bed and wake up with hydrated, beautiful skin.
Pore-Refining Mask: Pores…we’ve all got them, and we all want them to stay small and invisible but that doesn’t always happen. So, if you’re looking for a good pore-refining mask we recommend The Fab Pore from Soap & Glory. These masks helps refine pours and smooth your skin.
Clay Mask: if you’re looking for an excellent clay mask look no further than Loreal. It’s really that simple. They have multiple options for you to choose from depending on what you’re looking for and they’re all wonderful.
Gold Mask: We know. Seriously, gold? But here us out. 111Skin has an amazing Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Mask that helps to moisturize, firm, and brighten your skin. Not to mention, you feel like your self-care game has been taken to the next level while you’re wearing it, and your skin will love you after this mask!
As always, these are just our recommendations for what has worked for our skin. Please, do your research and ask your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. We are not professionals; we can only speak to what has or hasn’t worked for us.
That being said, we hope that you all find some time for a little self-care these days, even if it’s just taking 15 minutes to do a face mask treatment.
